Cream Caramel ... ayuhhhh cube


sory smalam nye resepi lmbat post..
arini sje nk bg resepi Cream Caramel
sbb mak ak slalu buat cream caramel..
tp yg nih version yg ak blaja kat uitm,..
so... ini lah resepi yg ingin dikongsi..
slamat mencube ye. .. ^_^


CREAM CARAMEL





(Custard)
4 nos egg
10 gm castor sugar
½ liter milk
1/8 tsp vanilla esen
A pinch of salt

(Caramel)
200 gm sugar
1 tbsp water


(Vanilla Sauce)
6 nos egg
125 gm castor sugar
½ ltr milk
1/8 tsp vanilla esen



1. Masukkan susu..esen vanilla ...gula...
2. Kacau sampai gula larut
3. Masukkan semua telur
4. Kacau perlahan2
5. Tapis

#pastikan dlm keadaan “water bath” - (x overcook)


(Vanilla Sauce)
1. Pukul telur ..sugar..susu n esen vanilla
2. Kacau pelahan2
3. Tapis
4. Kacau atas “water bath” - stove


(Caramel Sugar)
1.boil sugar + water  (300 ‘F / 140’C )
 145’ C – 500 ‘c (caramelize)
